Island Arks

We're producing a documentary series about the profound reconnection with nature that comes from volunteering for conservation programs, an awakening to animals at high risk of extinction, and a wildly fun adventure to far-flung islands and remote wilderness areas.

 

We’ve spent the last few years filming actor and passionate wildlife conservationist George Shevtsov, on his quest to help save some of the rarest animals in the world. George has a wonderful sense of humour and thirst for adventure, and his passion for the environment is truly inspiring!

Island Arks will take audiences on a fascinating journey of discovery around Western Australia, as George accompanies scientists working with animals so rare they were thought to be extinct (until being recently rediscovered) and the important conservation work taking place to save them.
